Our dream started by participating in local cooking competitions in Detroit, MI with a variety of foods like Chili, Gumbo and yes Barbecue! From that concept we opened our food truck business over 3 years ago and decided to move to Alabama and made our 1st unofficial appearance at a local gas station in Bessemer, AL on 4th Ave and from there we still make appearances at the gas station on Academy Drive in Bessemer behind Walmart.  Our dream of bringing our unique taste and family recipe from our table to yours is our greatest desire.
